It may not be able to support the road without having a solid foundation… I think when heavy rains come, potentially will washed out from under neat….I hope consideration has been given to mitigate this… Water current is strong. Use bulldozer to push big volume of filling materials. They took 9-10 hours to build this road but on the other hand one small drop of rain the road is gone!
