-After over 10 years and many man hours later, my congratulations to the men who brought this tractor back. Only 8 or 9 made in the early 1900s and all were lost. It’s breathtaking to actually see the largest steam tractor working again. I just wish I was able to go to the show and see it in person.
– I love the sound she makes when the plows are down, you can tell she’s feeling good. My Uncle was a big fan of steam power. He has passed now, but would have loved this. He taught me that Steam engines have a voice and you can tell if they will run good or bed by that voice, but this old girl maybe pulling hard but she sounds great.
-I had the honor to work for a farmer back in the 60’s and 70’s that had a 40 and a 65 hp power Cases that he had restored, I got to learn how to fill water tanks and use the injectors, start the fires, clean the flues, oil grease, wonderful machines and so nice to see one run again I can almost smell the beast!;)
A 150, what a treat. It looks and sounds great. This makes the Case forty that I had look like a scale model. Congratulations to all who made this gem shine again. Keep on keepin’ on!
