In wood splitters that rotate, it is imperative to put an emergency stop lever next to the operator, because it can catch clothes and wind on rotating parts. I think it’s easier to survive in the heat anyway. I have never experienced a temperature below 13 degrees Celsius, nor above 50. The wood cutting mechanisms are very interesting.
