This has to be one of the most disorganized, inefficient wasting of fuel and manpower I have seen in one of these earth moving videos to date. Too many dumpers for how small the dozers were. No clearly marked lanes of movement for the trucks. It was like roaches skittering around when the lights come on. I was in Mexico once watching the construction of a multi story condo where they transported concrete in 5 gallon buckets on shoulders up ladders to pour slabs. I went to the contractor and told him I had connections with customs and could get him a concrete pump here on the next ship. His reply was “What will I do with all these workers?”
