Just keep doing what your doing. Perfection doesn’t happen overnight Try accumulating ten and leave them on the ground, do the hole pasture that way. Remove your dividers and have the wife drive by with the trailer and you can accumulate and pack them at the same time you load them. Its much faster than moving them across the field with the tractor. Yep… That’s how I do it with my maxilator.
