Grant, to get that dent out of the rim edge, use 2 small sludge hammers. Hold one hammer head on the dent in the rim. Hit that hammer with the other hammer. This method insures the force of the blow goes to the dent. The dent pops back out against the tire. 3 pound sludge hammers should work. My dad taught me that trick. We restore John Deere 2 Cylinder tractors in my area Sometimes the rims on these old tractors have a few dents in the rim edge and that is how we get the dents out. I really enjoy watching your videos. The videos are really interesting to see how farms operate out there in the Midwest.
