As usual a great video! The duals help to carry the weight of the plough during transport and add some traction even though one floats above the furrow? If this was my circumstance, I think I’d try constructing potato hills late in the autumn and sow all over the hills — not necessarily only on top of the hills. Come spring, one-pass defoliation/sowing could occur without leaving wheel-ruts.
