If you thought climbing back up the hill after every sledding run was tedious, imagine rebuilding an engine every single time you used it. This is my first time ever sitting and just watching this kind of genre of drag racing. What they do with these machines is impressive. When these things launch, the entire hull looks like it just wants to go airborne. Between the builders standing there in the pits and gassing these power plants under a tent to drivers making under four second passes while keeping it steady on the waters surface… yeah wow. These guys aren’t messing around. If you went back in time 100 years and told people there would be boats that go 250mph in the desert, would they believe you ?
