because a lot of these drivers should be banned from operating vehicles due to their stupidity and lack of rational thought. They’re an outright danger to all around them. I always cringe when I see a tanker being up-righted for the possibility of it spilling or exploding and bringing harm to life. It always boggles my mind to see people’s vehicles moving off because they failed to place it in park, or when a truck’s bed is not brought down to its proper position before traveling on a thoroughfare/highway. INCREDIBLE???
