I think if those two cylinders were bad, the plugs would be wet. It’s likely you may have collapsed lifters on those two that aren’t opening/closing the vavles correctly. Especially if it’s been sitting a long while. I’d get it running with new plugs. Get the engine warm, oil flowing and lubing stuff. Then let it cool some and recheck compression. Also agree with others, I think the heat range on the plugs is too hot. Although, if it had a lot of blowby, it may have been fouling the cooler plugs, thus why they went hotter Grant, looks like you may have some valve issues on the two cylinders. To confirm, dump an ounce of motor oil into each cylinder. Then hook up your compression gauge. If there is some compression, the piston rings are likely very worn. If there is no compression evident, it’s highly likely the valves in the two cylinders may be bad. This must be confirmed by an engine tear down. Good luck sir! Is it running lean or burning coolant? How’s the oil look, any signs of coolant there? Definitely looks like she needs some TLC. Good luck, I have faith in your mechanical abilities Grant!
